As Apple takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the rewards.uniqbe.com (“Site”), the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from Apple’s warehouse. At this point, you will receive a shipment notification email. Please take note that the carrier will carry out 2 delivery attempts and will hold the product item of your order for up to 7 calendar days for you to contact to arrange for redelivery before returning the item to Apple’s warehouse. Once the item has been returned due to failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery by you, your order will be considered as cancelled with no further redelivery. For such return, Uniqbe will charge you a restocking fee of MYR200 per item. The restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of refund that you may be entitled to.
